Brown Gravy

Brown Gravy
-de Arturo Rodriguez

ingredients:

-1 cup of white flour
-3 Tbs. of Kitchen Bouquet for color
-2 Tbs. of Beef Base for flavor
-cooking oil
-water
-salt to taste

prepare:

-Brown the flour in cooking oil
-Add Kitchen Bouquet and Beef Base
-add enough water for consistency (not too thick)
-stir consistently for 5 minutes so that it won't stick to pan
